We were extraordinarily lucky to have been picked by AIB and as we had just launched our new online shop, the timing could not have been more perfect. To celebrate the new TV ad and the launch of the online shop, we decided to offer our customers 20% off their first online order. As you can imagine a discount like that on top of our already wholesale prices meant we were sending out a huge quantity of orders all over the country.The biggest hurdle we faced when setting up our online shop was convincing people to buy meat online. Your local family butcher isn't the typical business you expect to have an online shop and for the most part people aren't used to buying meat on their computer.
